She currently serves as the Principal at Sun International Institute of Tourism and Management, a reputed institution in hospitality education.

Ms. Rajeswari holds B. Com, BHM (Bachelor of Hotel Management), and MBA degrees, and is currently pursuing her Ph.D.

During her professional journey, she has held several key leadership roles including Faculty, Head of the Department, Academic Head, and Principal, contributing extensively to hospitality education, training, and industry collaboration.

Having worked closely with hoteliers and hospitality professionals for over two decades, she has gained deep insight into the career challenges faced by frontline hotel staff and the skills required to move into leadership roles.
